Originally from Washington state, Beth Ann grew up in a one-doctor town and found her way to primary care PA work via a circuitous route in the outdoor industry and forest service. She attended undergraduate studies at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, completed post-baccalaureate work at Portland State University, and attended PA school at OHSU, graduating in 2011.
Beth Ann began her PA track working with OHSU orthopedics before transitioning to primary care, where she found her true career passion. She worked in vascular medicine and primary care in Central Oregon and is now continuing her primary care service with St. Charles. Beth Ann is passionate about disease prevention and aims to make this a pivotal part of patient relationships. She believes trust and open communication are the foundations of primary care and strives to develop these cornerstones with her patients. She has additional interests in chronic disease management, women’s health, sports medicine, vascular insufficiency, and wound care.
In her free time, Beth Ann loves to read, ski, ride bikes of all kinds and fly fish with her family.
