Medical Staff Services

Our St. Charles credentialing office, also known as Medical Staff Services, is responsible for verifying and maintaining the credentials of health care providers who work at any St. Charles facility. This includes ensuring providers have the appropriate licenses, certifications, education, training and experience to provide quality care to our patients.

The credentialing office also manages the hospital's privileging process, which determines the scope of practice and clinical privileges for each health care provider. This process ensures that providers are qualified to perform specific procedures and treatments and that they have the necessary training and expertise to do so safely and effectively.
