Appointments

Please continue to use the main phone line for The Center, 541-382-3344, for scheduling appointments and general inquiries; however, our teams are currently experiencing extremely high call volumes. 

If you are trying to reach your provider or care team but have not received a call back, please be patient. We are experiencing high call volumes and are working hard to return every call. If you have not received a call back within two business days, please call us again. Alternatively, you can send a message using your St. Charles MyChart patient portal. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
