About Kaplan

Chris is a Minnesota native. He grew up spending time outdoors and playing a variety of sports. Chris attended the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN and was a four-year member of the football team. Chris earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in exercise physiology before graduating with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. Chris specializes in orthopedics, sports medicine, strength and conditioning, geriatric care and chronic pain. He has advanced training in postural restoration and blood flow restriction. In his free time, Chris loves spending time outdoors, trail running, hiking and weight lifting.
