About Tyner

Hanna Tyner is a board-certified physician assistant who earned a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Chapman University, with a focus on orthopedic surgery. Originally from Southern Oregon, she received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University.

After completing PA school, Tyner trained for nearly two years in orthopedic spine surgery in Newport Beach, California, before returning to Oregon in the fall of 2021 to be closer to family.

Tyner's mantra is “life is not a spectator sport,” and she strives to lead an active life that includes snowboarding, surfing, volleyball and hiking whenever possible. Her goal is to help patients return to doing what they love, recognizing the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle.
