About Laughlin

Dr. James Laughlin received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and his medical degree from Rutgers University. He completed his residency and fellowship in cardiology and electrophysiology from Main Line Health Heart Center. Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Laughlin moved to Central Oregon in July 2007 to create the Heart Rhythm Cardiology program at St. Charles Health System. His areas of practice include heart rhythm cardiology (implanted pacemakers, defibrillators and ablation procedures) and general cardiology.

Outside of work, Dr. Laughlin enjoys skiing, cycling, competing in triathlons and playing golf.
