About Sprague
Joshua Sprague, PA-C, combines his passion and expertise to help individuals overcome physical challenges and improve their quality of life. Specializing in joint arthroplasty, sports medicine surgery, and orthopedic trauma, he is committed to providing thorough and compassionate care.
As a previous golf professional, Joshua’s interest in medicine grew when he saw how his clients’ physical issues affected their performance, leading him to address the root causes of their problems. He began his medical career in physical therapy before furthering his education as a physician assistant to focus on the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic injuries and conditions. He understands that each patient’s symptoms and needs are unique, and tailors treatment plans to best suit their lifestyle.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys traveling, golfing, fly fishing, camping, biking, hiking, snowboarding, woodworking, cooking, and spending time with his wife, daughter and two dogs. A Bendite at heart, he looks forward to contributing to the Central Oregon community.
