Specializing in neurology, Dr. Kelley provides comprehensive concussion care and management at The Center. She entered the field of medicine fueled by a desire to serve her community and improve health outcomes, particularly for those engaging in Central Oregon’s active lifestyle. After completing her medical education at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences and her residency at Dell Medical School at the University of Texas in Austin, Dr. Kelley values a collaborative approach in her practice, working closely with patients to diagnose and treat conditions in a way that respects their individual needs and life goals.
A native of Central Oregon, Dr. Kelley enjoys the many outdoor activities our community has to offer including cross country skiing, mountain biking, snowboarding, and gardening.
