About Paluck

“My primary focus is returning function and improving quality of life for my patients.”

Dr. Mathew Paluck is a fellowship trained physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor (physiatrist) that specializes in non-surgical management of musculoskeletal and spine injuries. He is board certified in both physical medicine and rehabilitation and electrodiagnostic medicine. After earning his medical degree from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed a three year residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Washington School of Medicine. He then completed an additional year in fellowship training, focusing on expertise in interventional techniques for the treatment of musculoskeletal and spine related pain and injury. In addition to his comprehensive medical training, he earned degrees in both bioengineering and exercise physiology from Arizona State University. His unique background benefits his patients by going beyond the traditional evaluations of the musculoskeletal system to create individualized treatment programs that address the underlying cause of pain, not just the symptoms.

Dr. Paluck enjoys a patient-oriented approach to care. He uses state-of-the-art diagnostics, including electrodiagnostic testing (EMG/NCS), fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided injections, advanced imaging, and laboratory testing to diagnose the cause of a patient’s pain.

Dr. Paluck enjoys skiing, hiking, biking and exploring the outdoors in Central Oregon with his wife.
