About Buss

Dr. Buss is a cardiologist serving patients in Bend and Redmond, Oregon. He earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2008, followed by an internal medicine internship and residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, which he completed in 2011. He then completed fellowships in general cardiology (2015) and interventional cardiology (2016) at Dartmouth-Hitchcock.

Dr. Buss is board certified in cardiovascular disease through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), with additional subspecialty certifications in advanced heart failure, interventional cardiology and electrophysiology.

His clinical interests include interventional cardiology and the treatment of cardiogenic shock.

Outside of work, Dr. Buss enjoys hiking, fishing, paddling and cooking.
