About Dolan

Robert discovered his passion for medicine through his early work as a medical transcriptionist in the emergency room. This experience inspired him to pursue a career as a physician assistant, where he found his true calling in surgery—helping patients with a hands-on approach. Robert takes pride in helping patients return to their daily lives. He is deeply committed to education—continually refining his skills, sharing knowledge with colleagues, teaching patients, and making every appointment count. 

Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his dog, climbing, skiing, running, biking, cooking, traveling, surfing and experiencing live music.
