Ashton Dodson-Lupton is a Certified Nurse Midwife with a deep passion for supporting people through every stage of their reproductive journey. She strives to blend clinical knowledge with a nurturing, personalized approach to care.

Whether it’s guiding someone through their first or tenth pregnancy, offering support during labor and birth or providing routine wellness and gynecologic care, Ashton believes in honoring each person’s unique story. She provides a calm, respectful space where patients feel heard, empowered and genuinely cared for.

Ashton values informed choice and consent, holistic wellness and strong provider-patient relationships. She’s especially passionate about making midwifery care more accessible and inclusive.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find her enjoying time with family, baking or bargain shopping. 
 

Devon was inspired to study sociology and go into medicine by Indiana Jones and Dr. Quinn. Leaving her hometown of Steamboat Springs, CO, she studied at Lewis and Clark College and lived for ten years in Portland, OR, before pursuing midwifery at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. After practicing in western Massachusetts, she and her family moved west to the high desert in 2021.

Devon is passionate about providing individualized, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care with the most up-to-date medical evidence and research. She believes in supporting normal, physiologic processes and using a hands-on approach in labor and birth. Devon enjoys providing gynecologic care across the lifespan and is especially interested in perinatal mood disorders and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).

When not at work, Devon enjoys Central Oregon’s many outdoor activities with her family and dog. She also enjoys watercolor painting, gardening and cooking.

Ariel joined St. Charles Center for Women's Health team in 2023. She completed her undergraduate degree in western Massachusetts and earned her first master’s degree in nursing from San Francisco State University.

Ariel worked as a labor and delivery nurse for 12 years. During this time, she fell in love with the midwifery model of care and physiologic birth and aspired to become a certified nurse midwife. She earned her second master's degree in nurse midwifery 2022.

Ariel enjoys exploring Central Oregon with her family. She also loves reading a good novel and attending her children’s sporting events.
