Michael Hartke, MBA

Michael Hartke was named President and CEO of St. Charles Health System in July 2026. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago.

Michael has 25 years of health care leadership experience, including 10 years as chief operating officer of Northwest Community Healthcare, a division of Endeavor Health, in Arlington Heights, Ill.
