Connectivity Issues

2:20 p.m. Feb. 24, 2026: St. Charles is receiving reports of phone connectivity issues from Verizon users who are unable to connect by phone with the health system (including calls to hospitals, clinics and departments). St. Charles teams are actively working with external partners to resolve this issue. Those who need to reach St. Charles can try calling using an alternative carrier or a landline.
