How to transfer a prescription

Pharmacy caregivers are ready and available to assist individuals transfer prescriptions to St. Charles Community Pharmacy in Prineville. Individuals can transfer a prescription: 

  • By phone at 541-447-4111. Have your prescription number, drug name/strength and insurance card handy.

  • By visiting the pharmacy in-person. Bring your prescription bottle and insurance card.  

IMPORTANT: If you were a customer of Clinic Pharmacy, we will already have your prescription and you won't need to transfer. Simply give us a call and confirm with our pharmacy team.
