About Collins

Brooke has been a therapist since 1996. She has practiced in OP, acute, and IP rehab settings. She also has advanced training in pelvic floor physical therapy from the APTA. Brooke treats both men and women and has expertise in treating pregnant women as well.

Brooke's passion for improving your health care outcomes led her to create and implement the pelvic floor program. This program has flourished and she is recognized as a leader in the field of pelvic floor PT in Central Oregon. Brooke has shared her knowledge with cancer survivors and the general public regarding pelvic floor health.

Brooke enjoys hiking, gardening, spending time with her family, globe-trotting, and living life to its fullest.
