Ineke Ojanen is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist with St. Charles Health System in Bend, Redmond, Prineville and Madras. She received her bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition at Washington State University. Since 2014 she has specialized in diabetes care. She enjoys being able to split her time between inpatient and outpatient settings. Ineke takes a patient-centered approach when counseling clients and helps them implement achievable goals.
Prior to moving to Central Oregon, Ineke was also a CDC Diabetes Prevention Program facilitator and a plant-based cooking class instructor through the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine’s Food for Life program. In her free time, she loves the kitchen as much as being in the great outdoors with her dogs.
