About Kalberg
Shay predominantly works with adults experiencing depression, anxiety and panic disorder, chronic illnesses, life transitions, trauma and adverse childhood experiences. She is committed to building a collaborative, empathic and authentic therapeutic relationship. As we each come with experiences that shape how we perceive and experience the world, Shay utilizes an integrative trauma-informed approach to meet each client’s individual healing and problem-solving needs. Outside of the clinic, Shay enjoys time with her family and pets, traveling and exploring the outdoors.
