Objectives
- Describe recent health, policy, and epidemiological issues related to the use of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes/vaping devices and the concept of harm reduction.
- Utilize the current evidence regarding tobacco dependence treatment techniques including the evidence for ENDS use in smoking cessation.
- Review the misperceptions regarding nicotine among the general population and physicians.
