Objectives
- Discuss inequity and challenges faced by Oregon families with newborns.
- Describe the Family Connects model and its impact on families with newborns.
- Identify the steps that pediatric providers and their staff can take to collaborate with the Family Connects program.
- Evaluate the benefits of Family Connects for both families and providers.
