Application Requirements

To be considered for the PGY-1 residency program, the applicant must:

  • Be eligible for Oregon pharmacist licensure
  • Participate in ASHP Residency Matching Program
  • If selected, attend an on-site or virtual interview
  • Submit all requirements to PhORCAS by Jan. 2, 2024 at 23:59:
    1. Official academic transcript
    2. Letter of intent
    3. Curriculum vitae
    4. Three letters of recommendation
      (Required: one letter from a school faculty member and one letter from an inpatient preceptor)
