Jennifer Dunaj, PA earned a Bachelor of Science in microbiology at California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. She went on to complete her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Oregon Health & Science University, and become board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Jennifer enjoys working with patients of all age groups, as well as the challenge of same day appointments and procedures. She has a passion for helping patients understand their health conditions. 

Outside of work, you will find her spending time with her husband and Jack Russell terrier. She likes to travel, cook, tackle house projects, hike, cycle and read.

Amanda Underwood, FNP started her career in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. She served eight years between active duty and reserves, with three years as a reserve commissioned Nurse Corps Officer. Amanda obtained her master's degree from Simmons University in Boston, Mass. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked in the ER and trauma centers for 13 years, with four of those at St. Charles Bend. 

In her free time, Amanda enjoys hiking, camping, traveling and exploring with her husband, two daughters and their puppy. She is privileged to be a part of St. Charles Family Care in Redmond and to provide care for the greater Redmond community.

Lynette grew up in Yakima, Wash. She practiced as a nurse for 20 years in a variety of settings ranging from medical surgical to outpatient cancer care. She graduated from Washington State University as a Family Practice NP and then earned her DNP through Boise State with a clinic research doctorate. Lynette has a special interest in rural medicine and truly appreciates the variety, joys and challenges of family practice. 

When not at the clinic, Lynette enjoys the great outdoors - backpacking, cycling, fly fishing and downhill skiing with her husband. They also try to include their Brittany Spaniel, Singe (Monkey in French), in all of their activities.

A native of Concord, N.H., Dr. Kenison graduated from Davidson College before finishing medical school at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed Family Medicine Residency at Naval Hospital Bremerton in Bremerton, Wash. Dr. Kenison served as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy Medical Corps for ten years, finishing his service as the Senior Medical Officer at Naval Branch Health Clinic Bangor in Silverdale, Wash.

With a dedication to the health of the community, he looks forward to helping patients of all ages in their wellness journey.

Dr. Kenison and his family want to explore Central Oregon while mountain biking, skiing, hiking and backpacking.

Gina received her master’s degree from Maryville University in St. Louis, Mo. and is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Gina worked at the Bend hospital for 11 years as a nurse prior to returning to school to become a nurse practitioner.

She is experienced in cardiac and chronic disease management. She has compassion for her patients and believes in developing a trusting relationship and listening to her patient’s needs.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, hiking trails in Central Oregon. She also enjoys golfing, bowling, and sewing.

Kary Gregory, FNP has had a lifelong passion for nursing, and knew by the age of 5 that she would become a nurse. She fulfilled that goal by graduating from Blue Mountain Community College as a Registered Nurse. Kary worked in cardiology for two years in Cheyenne, Wyo. before returning to Central Oregon to continue her career in the ICU and cardiology departments at St. Charles Bend. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in nursing through OHSU. Kary transitioned to outpatient care in 2013 at St. Charles Family Care in Redmond working as an RN Care Coordinator, a role which greatly inspired her to go to Simmons University to obtain her MSN-FNP, which she completed with honors in January of 2023. Kary enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with friends and family in her spare time.

Alicia was born and raised in Wisconsin. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University.

She enjoys all aspects of family medicine, providing patient-centered preventative and acute care for all ages.

Alicia grew to love the outdoors in the beautiful Midwest and was drawn to this area for the mountains and all the outdoor opportunities it offers. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking and hiking.
