Lindsey Pruyn received her bachelor’s degree at Oregon State University and her advanced degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University. She spent 19 years in emergency medicine in Idaho Falls, Idaho before relocating to Central Oregon. Lindsey is passionate about pediatric cancer-related care. She served as a medical director for Camp Magical Moments, Cancer Camp for Kids Inc. providing opportunities for kids with cancer and their family members.

Lindsey feels strongly about volunteerism and plans to continue with this work. In her spare time, she enjoys many outdoor activities including  shing, hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and horseback riding. Her favorite is spending time with her horses. Lindsey looks forward to exploring the opportunities that Sisters has to offer.

Amanpreet was born and raised in Kent, Washington. She received her bachelor’s degree from University of Washington and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Oregon Health & Science University.

She is passionate about rural medicine and providing comprehensive quality health care to underserved communities. Clinically her areas of interest include preventive health and wellness, pediatrics, women’s health and geriatrics.

Outside of work, Amanpreet enjoys spending time with her family, running with her dog, traveling and enjoying the great outdoors through hiking and snowboarding.

Hailing from the high desert of New Mexico, Andrew Kersh, MSN, FNP-C earned his bachelor and master’s degrees from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA and is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Mr. Kersh has a keen interest in chronic disease management, including diagnosing and treating high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and preventing complications related to these conditions. Most of all, he seeks to establish trusting relationships with patients because he believes healing best occurs in a mutually respectful environment.

When he is not in the clinic, Mr. Kersh enjoys crossword puzzles, listening to medical and sports podcasts, losing to his wife at card games, tackling minor (that often turn major) home projects, and chasing his growing family across the trails, lakes, and buttes that dot Central Oregon.

Graciela Stanley received her masters in nursing from Gonzaga University and became a family nurse practitioner in 2021. She has nine years of prior nursing experience working bedside in ICU step-down and ambulatory surgery. Graciela enjoys caring for the whole family and has a special interest in women’s health. She strives to provide a safe environment for women to discuss all issues pertaining to female health, from contraception to pelvic and sexual health and menopause. Graciela has traveled the world and lived in both France and Costa Rica. She is fluent in French and Spanish and enjoys working with diverse patient populations. When she is not in clinic, Graciela enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and two children as well as cycling, hiking, skiing, reading and traveling.

Kayla Carlson completed her bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota and her master’s in physician assistant studies from Oregon Health & Science University. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Kayla worked in Bend as a registered respiratory therapist before returning to school to become a physician assistant. Her favorite rotation was family medicine at St. Charles Madras and she feels honored to join the team as a staff member. In her free time, she can be found enjoying the outdoors with her goldendoodle sidekick, Cosley. Kayla enjoys rock climbing, mountaineering, mountain biking, backpacking, trail running and backcountry skiing. She is thrilled to call Central Oregon her home and to serve the Madras community.

Molly Garbus, MD was born and raised in Oregon. She received her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry at Santa Clara University, attended medical school at Oregon Health & Science University and completed residency at Kaiser Permanente in Seattle, Wash. Dr. Garbus worked as a full-spectrum family physician, including low risk obstetrics before moving to Central Oregon. Although she no longer delivers babies, she still loves to provide care for families spanning from newborns all the way to end of life care. She enjoys women's health and in-office procedures. 

Outside of the clinic, you can find her exploring Central Oregon with her husband and three young sons. As a family, they like to hike, ski and bike.

Julia DelBeccaro, FNP is a family nurse practitioner who joined St. Charles Family Care in 2022. Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, she received her bachelor's degree at Baylor University, then moved to Chicago and pursued her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University. 

Julia enjoys working with children and adults across the lifespan, and particularly enjoys collaborating with patients to better support their health goals. 

When she's not at work, Julia loves exploring all that Central Oregon has to offer with her husband and children. She enjoys gardening, trying new recipes, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
