About Irvine

A Northwest native who grew up in Idaho and Washington, Dr. William Irvine has lived in Oregon for most of the last 20 years. He received a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame and his medical degree from Oregon Health and Sciences University. Dr. Irvine completed his family medicine training with a focus on rural health care and obstetrics at Family Medicine Spokane. His professional interests include the primary care medical home, pediatric care and women’s health. At St. Charles, Dr. Irvine provides inpatient hospital care, full-spectrum obstetrical care and care for patients in clinic. Dr. Irvine speaks Spanish and is honored to help care for our community’s native Spanish-speaking patients.

Away from work, Dr. Irvine is usually spending time with his wife and two children. You might find them swooping down the slopes of Mt. Bachelor, hiking the Tam McArthur Rim or getting splashed while rafting on the Deschutes River. Dr. Irvine and family also enjoy international travel. He and his wife have hauled their kids all over the world including Norway, Switzerland, Columbia, Peru and Ecuador.

About Gunsul

Dr. Anthony Gunsul received his bachelor’s degree in human physiology from Robert D. Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon. He completed medical school at Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, Calif. He completed his residency at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis.

Dr. Gunsul has a special interest in sports medicine, pediatrics and enjoys caring for the entire family. When he’s not caring for his patients, Dr Gunsul is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, as well as mountain biking, running and golfing.

About Irby

Pamela Irby, MD received a Bachelor of Science in human biology and went on to obtain a Doctor of Medicine from Stanford University. Afterward, she completed residency in family medicine at University of California Davis in Merced, Calif., followed by earning a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine at Stanford in San Jose. After receiving her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Linfield College and Gonzaga University, Sarah Carver worked as a bedside registered nurse for more than seven years at hospitals in both rural and metropolitan areas. She is not only passionate about interactive and inclusive preventive care for all patients, but is also interested in working with and mentoring students entering the medical field.

A Central Oregon resident for almost six years now, Sarah is struck by how many Prineville residents have a deep love for their town.

About Good

Dr. Natalie Good received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University and recently completed her residency program at McKay-Dee Family Medicine Residency in Ogden, Utah. Dr. Good comes from a small community in Oklahoma and is excited to practice in a place with the excitement and energy that Prineville has. She excels at treating chronic diseases, particularly hypertension, diabetes and heart disease, and also has a passion for geriatrics and end-of-life care.
