Mandi Bryson received her bachelor’s degree from Walla Walla University and graduated with her master’s degree from Oregon Health and Science University’s Physician Assistant Program. Mandi is passionate about adolescent medicine, women’s health, geriatrics and preventive medicine and enjoys working with her patients to help them reach their wellness goals.

About Borgmann

Dr. Borgmann completed medical school at Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific-Northwest. After medical school, he served as chief resident for the Trios Health family medicine residency in Kennewick, Wash.

Having grown up in rural Missouri, Dr. Borgmann has always had an appreciation for small communities. He looks forward to partnering with the people of La Pine to reach their health care goals. Dr. Borgmann embraces a holistic approach of mind, body and spirit to each individual patient and is passionate about utilizing his training in osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT).

About Brubaker

Originally from Michigan, Dr. Christopher Brubaker received his medical degree from St. George’s University and went on to complete his family medicine residency in Fort Wayne, Ind. During his medical school and residency years, Dr. Brubaker had the opportunity to live and work throughout the midwest and around the world. It was the opportunity to work in a rural community and take advantage of the amazing outdoors that brought Dr. Brubaker to Prineville.

Dr. Brubaker has a passion for hospital, preventive and wilderness medicine. Outside of work, he likes snowboarding, hiking or anything else outside.

About Brasher

A Prineville native, Shannon Brasher, completed her education at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, Calif., and moved back home in 2010. While family medicine and urgent care make up most of her daily practice, she is especially interested in pediatrics and women’s health.

Shannon and her husband have two young children, one boy and one girl. In her free time. Shannon enjoys camping, swimming, hiking, and spending time with her family.

About Brecke

Dr. Brecke joined St Charles in 2011 after Family Medicine residency in Arizona. She returned to Oregon, where she grew up, to be closer to family and to get back to the activities she enjoys - hiking, camping, river rafting, cross country skiing - and to share a love of the outdoors with her two children.

She enjoys the continuity of Family Medicine and being able to care for all generations of a family. It is particularly rewarding for her to be able to keep her patients healthy through routine screening and health maintenance as well as to be there for them in times of ill health or chronic illness. She has a particular focus on women's health.

About Allen

Originally from Oregon, Dr. Carey Allen moved all around the Pacific Northwest as a child and ended up in Iowa. He received his medical degree from the University of Iowa and for his residency, he came back to Oregon and completed the program at OHSU. His medical interests include both hospital and outpatient medicine.

Dr. Allen met his wife Heidi, also a physician in our Family Care clinic, in high school. They just had their second child and are looking forward to raising them in a rural Oregon community.

Tom received his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of California, San Diego. He completed medical school at the University of California Davis and his residency training in family medicine in Merced, Calif. He then served four years as part of the National Health Service Corps in Reedsport, OR.

His interests include providing care to the entire family with special interest in serving our older patients. An avid farmer and gardener, Tom has a passion for exploring the role of food and diet in our health. Tom incorporates the mind – body – spirt model into a collaborative effort to bring wellness into the lives of his patients.
