Identification documents are required for St. Charles to verify your identity and work eligibility on Day One.
I-9 documents must be completed before Orientation at the HR office –please call the Recruiting hotline at 541-706-7770 to schedule an appointment.

Personal health records

Health records will be collected on your first day to allow Caregiver Health to prepare for your appointment.
You must attend a Caregiver Health intake appointment within your first week of employment following new caregiver orientation.

Complete your Workday tasks

Make sure that you log into Workday using the credentials emailed to you after you received your acceptance phone call. This may be different than the user ID you used to submit your application. If you have any question on how to access Workday, contact St. Charles Recruiting at 541-706-7770.
